Welcome to the No Place Like Home (NPLH) website, operated by UKCF Empowerment, Inc. (“UKCF Empowerment,” “UKCF,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). No Place Like Home is a community initiative designed to connect individuals and families throughout St. Petersburg and the Tampa Bay area with resources and opportunities related to affordable housing, homeownership education, financial empowerment, health and wellness, workforce development, food assistance, and other community services.
By accessing or using this website, registering for an event, submitting information, making a donation, or participating in activities offered through our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the website.
1. Purpose of No Place Like Home
No Place Like Home is committed to strengthening families and communities by connecting residents with organizations, businesses, government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and service providers. UKCF Empowerment does not guarantee approval for housing or homeownership programs, down payment assistance or financial grants, mortgage or loan approval, employment or workforce placement, healthcare services or treatment outcomes, food assistance or other benefits, or acceptance into any third-party program. Participation in No Place Like Home does not create an obligation for a participating organization to provide services or assistance. Visitors are encouraged to independently verify all program information and requirements with the organization responsible for administering the applicable service.
4. Housing, Financial, and Educational Information
Information provided through No Place Like Home is intended for general educational and informational purposes. Information concerning affordable housing, homeownership, credit education, down payment assistance, financial resources, grants, and community programs may change without notice.

5. Donations and Charitable Contributions
